UPDATES ON MULTI-TV GHANA UPGRADE AND A WAY OUT
Since multi-TV embarked on successful upgrade which force them to change their initial frequency 12522 V 27000 to the latest one which is 12522 V 30000 on astra 28.2e and if you are the fan of multi-TV channels all what you needs to do is to follow the instructions below as follows and I can confirm to you that the tips works for all decoder:-

Press menu Goto installation.
Press 0000 as default password if it requires.
Navigate antenna setup then press blue button otherwise scrol down to scan then choose blindscan (recommend).
Exit to the screen then you are good to go.
For tv3 Biss key delete the key and re-enter the key again it will comes up again it is optional and aware that the channel is under maintenance.
